Booking Policy
Please review our booking policies prior to scheduling your appointment.
$15 Non-Refundable Deposit
Required for all appointments. Send payment within 1 hour of booking to Herradianttouch@gmail.com to secure your spot.
10-Minute Grace Period
Arrivals 10-15 minutes late incur a $10 late fee. After 15 minutes, the appointment is cancelled.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $10 cancellation fee.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is free within 24 hours of your appointment. After that, your deposit will be forfeited.
No-Show Policy
No-shows will result in a permanent ban from booking.
No Additional Guests
Guests are not permitted unless approved in advance.
Free Tooth Gem Re-Application
Complimentary re-application available within 14 days of your original appointment.
Payment
Cash is preferred. E-transfer is accepted. Remaining balance is due at the end of your service.
